PURPOSE: A method for making a server perform the EC(Electric Commerce) on a cooperated site and an offline shop is provided to naturally absorb all economic subjects to the EC without interfering with a current economic activity structure, and make a customer receive various services and contents while dissolving the inconvenience for the registration whenever the customer visits a site, and the uneasiness for the outflow of personal information. CONSTITUTION: Transaction particulars are bulletined in an intermediating site. A bidding request is received from the offline shop connected to the intermediating site(1215). A list of the bidding offline shops is transmitted to the cooperated site. A bidding result is received from the cooperated site(1230). A successful offline shop receives the bidding result/delivery information is transmitted by using the bidding result(1235). The successful offline shop confirms the delivery of the goods(1260). The settlement price of buyers is distributed to the cooperated site and the successful offline shop(1255).
