PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylenic resin tubular film with corona discharge stripes for which the number of processes can be reduced and with which an air vent slit bag having a structure with performance more excellent than that of a known air vent packaging bag is manufactured at lower cost than that the known air vent packaging bag, a manufacturing method therefor, an air vent slit bag, a packaging method, and an article packaged bag. SOLUTION: There is provided a polyethylenic resin tubular film with corona discharge stripes which is used for manufacturing an article packaging bag wherein a large number of slits 12, which permit air to flow but do not pass dust in the open air and granular materials in the bag and are formed in a heat seal part 8 with intervals therebetween when upper and lower sides of the bag are heat-sealed, and has a thickness of 30-300μm and a large number of longitudinally parallel corona discharge stripes 10 on one inner surface while the other inner surface is entirely subjected to corona discharge.
