PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation control program utilizing a Web server capable of allowing remote operation between terminals, to which a Web browser is installed without using exclusive software depending on an OS or an exclusive protocol. SOLUTION: The terminals are subjected to the remote operation by the remote operation control program via a communication network. The remote operation control program utilizes the Web server 4 which operates a means for grouping the terminals by storing the information showing a group and the information for specifying the terminal belonging to the group, a means for receiving the information to select a terminal to be operated for selecting the terminal as the terminal 6 to be operated among a plurality of the grouped terminals from the terminal as an operation terminal, and a means for transmitting a Web application for the terminal to be operated to the terminal as the terminal to be operated on the basis of the information to select a terminal to be operated.
