<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sense display device efficiently displaying tactile sense information. <P>SOLUTION: Electrical conductivity of a photoconductive layer 420 changes correspondingly to a black or white display pattern displayed on a display part 200 of this tactile sense display function-equipped touch panel device 10. According to the change of the electrical conductivity, viscosity in an electric viscous fluid layer 430 also changes correspondingly to the display pattern.
