PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror capable of effectively suppressing wind roar and enhancing the appearance of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the door mirror 10, an outer panel 18 constituting a door panel 14 is deformed to form a stay 16 and a stand part 42 is mounted to a back surface side. Further, a direction of a seating surface 26 of the stay 16 is inclined in a vehicle width direction relative to an upper part of the vehicle and a shaft 52 is projected to the outside of the stay 26 relative to the direction of the seating surface 26 and a mirror body 54 is turned around the shaft 52. Thereby, respective clearances between the stand part 52, the stay 26 and the door panel 14 are not exposed to the outside of the vehicle. Therefore, the wind roar can be reduced. Further, an opposed part 60 formed on a visor 56 always covers the seating surface 26 by inclining the shaft 52 as mentioned above.
