PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid magnetism activating fluid transfer pipe having a partially rectangular channel accommodating fluid magnetism activation applied with a magnetic force of a permanent magnet using a part of a fluid transfer pipe as a rectangular channel and by assembling a magnet outside the rectangular channel. SOLUTION: Since the magnetic activation of the fluid is performed by the fluid transfer pipe itself as shown in Fig. 1, it is necessary to attach the magnet to the fluid transfer pipe and form the magnetic force capable of passing the fluid at a flow rate faster than a predetermined rate and perpendicularly. Thus, the fluid magnetism activating fluid transfer pipe having the partially rectangular channel uses a part of the fluid transfer pipe as the rectangular channel, assembles magnet so as to allow the fluid passing the inside to pass perpendicularly in the flat part of the rectangle to accommodate and accelerate a flow rate in the rectangular channel.
