FIELD: technological processes, filters. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for dry cleaning of gases from dust. Cyclone filter comprises cylindrical body with cover, conic bottom, tangentially installed nozzle for introduction of dusty gas and nozzle for discharge of cleaned gas, rotary star-shaped filtering element from porous material with bound structure, two or more additional star-shaped filtering elements from porous material with bound structure, which are engaged with rotary filtering element and are installed with the possibility of rotation around cantilever hollow perforated axes. Body is separated with partition into chambers of dusty and cleaned gas. Rotary filtering element is installed in the centre of dusty gas chamber, is installed with the possibility to provide for interrupted reciprocal motion along axis of rotation and variation of rotation frequency depending on extent of cleaned gas dustiness, is equipped with brush-like surface arranged in the form of evolvent that provides for intact contact with surfaces of additional filtering elements in the period of their interaction in process of rotation. Nozzle for supply of dusty gas is located in lower part of dusty gas chamber. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust collection, cleaning quality and efficiency. ^ 5 dwg |
