PURPOSE:To avoid producting the fault molded product through the prevention of molded materials from adhering to the inner wall of the feeder by providing the feeder having the transfer screw with its axis in vertical position between the lower portion of the hopper and the molding machine body. CONSTITUTION:A feeder 3 is provided between the lower portion of a hopper 1 and a molding machine body 2 in vertical position. Within this feeder 3 provided is a transfer screw 4 with its axis in vertical position too. By so doing, the molded materials within the feeder 3 is dropped and supplied forcedly into the molding machine body 2 and will not adhere to the inner wall of the feeder 3. This avoids producing the fault molded product caused by the drop of the molded materials mass having adhered within the feeder into the molding machine body. |
