The invention relates to a method for managing consumer opinions related to a transaction between a consumer and a supplier of products or services, implemented by a remote system and a local system via a consumer, said method being characterised in that it includes the following steps: ET1: in the local system, a local central unit produces a validation certificate for a transaction between a supplier and a consumer (ET11) and then local communication means transmit the validation certificate to the consumer (ET12), the validation certificate including, in particular, an indication that a transaction has been validated; ET3: the consumer simultaneously transmits the validation certificate and an opinion of the transaction to communication means of the remote system; and ET5: in the remote system, a remote central unit verifies the validity of the validation certificate (ET51) and then, if the validation certificate is valid, records the opinion of the consumer in a database of opinions (ET52). The invention further relates to improving the quality of consumer opinions on websites. |
