PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of an oil-containing sludge capable of effectively using the oil-containing sludge at low cost and also achieving reduction of oil component concentration of exhaust gas from a recycling facility and enhancement of sinter efficiency of sinter raw materials for blast furnace.SOLUTION: The recycling method of an oil-containing sludge is a method for recycling the oil-containing sludge ejected in a steel making process as a part of sinter raw materials for blast furnace and includes a process of mixing caustic lime with the oil-containing sludge so that a moisture content becomes 1 mass% or less, a process of mounting a powder body obtained in the mixing process on a sinter raw material layer after ignition of a Dwight Lloyd type sintering machine, and a process of heating the powder body on the sinter raw material layer by a downward flame burner after the mounting process. As heating position of the burner in the heating process, a range of 0.12 times to 0.3 times inclusive of a machine average length in a downstream direction from an ignition point is preferable. Also 1,380°C or more is preferable as a flame temperature of the burner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
