PURPOSE:To obtain the titled straightening device which can execute straightening with a high accuracy, and also can improve the work efficiency, by constituting so that a projecting part of a shroud band is brought to a distortion correction in the direction reverse to the distortion deforming direction by a pressure means. CONSTITUTION:That which combined as one body inside and outside partition plates 2, 3, a shroud band 4 and a turbine blade 1 is placed on a turn table 7, tackwelded and positioned. Subsequently, a groove weld of one surface side of the band 4 is executed, and simultaneously, a pressure means 9 of a straightening mechanism 8 is engaged to a projecting part 4a of the band 4, and a chip 11 is made to abut on the projecting part 4a. In this state, the groove weld is executed by inching the table 7, and also straightening of the projecting part 4a is executed. After straightening of one surface is ended, an inverting device 21 is rolled, transferred and positioned, and the partition plate 3 of the outside is inserted and held 22. Next, the partition plate 3, etc. are raised by a hydraulic jack 29, inverted by the table 7, placed on the table 7 again, and thereafter, the other surface side is brought to a groove weld and straightened in the same way as the foregoing.
