Mould consists of a base (1), lateral outer parts (2), eventually of core to form a hollow part, the isolation plates (7), the external metal transport container (5), metal transport lid, hydrophobic casting packaging. Essential characteristic of the mould are conical lateral outer wall parts (2), to prevent form deformation during producing the part by freezing. On a base (1) are the side panels (2) fixed to form a hollow metallic form. Into the mould is inserted hydrophobic casting cover, made in the interior shape of the mould - the future shape of an ice component. Into the mould is poured pre-prepared ice and covered by overcooled water. Thus filled mould is cooled and freeze-dried. After solidification of liquid material is mould breaks down and ice component is produced. |
