PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric film whose heat resistance and deformation resistance are more excellent than those of conventional piezoelectric films, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a piezoelectric film consisting of a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene. The vinylidene fluoride is within a range of 82 mol% or more and 86 mol% or less, and has a molecular weight of 600,000 or more. The piezoelectric film is subjected to heat treatment crystallization within a temperature range of 140°C or more and 150°C or less, and piezoelectric characteristics are exhibited therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
