PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply a molding raw material of a necessary amt. for one injection to a screw, and to attempt both to extend the life span of the screw and to save the electric consumption, by setting a hose for supply ing the material at a material exhaust hole of a hopper, and setting a device for moving an apex of the hose up and down. CONSTITUTION:When a screw 5 is retreated, an apex of a hose 4 is lowered and a material 6 is supplied to the screw 5 by operating an air cylinder 1 (by forwarding a rod of the air cylinder 1 by a signal indicating that the screw 5 is retreated). When an amt. for one injection is supplied (for example, the amt. for one time can be measured by means of wt. measurement), the apex of the hose is elevated by operating the air cylinder to stop the supply of the material 6. It is thereby possible to control the amt. of the material supplied to the screw and to extend the life span of the screw due to the reduction of wear of the screw as well as to save the electric consumption at the time when the rotation of the screw is started for operation. |
