1. A computer-implemented method for providing location-based gaming on a mobile gaming unit through a network, the method comprising:
receiving a request for gaming options from the mobile gaming unit that is capable of determining location information; receiving the location information associated with the mobile gaming unit from a combination of location technologies; using the location information to retrieve gaming options corresponding to a jurisdiction, the jurisdiction being one of a plurality of jurisdictions and comprising local gaming restrictions; and sending the gaming options to the mobile gaming unit. |
