PURPOSE:To obtain the subject tea exhibiting blood sugar decreasing, cholagogic and litholytic actions, having excellent taste, flavor and digestive action and suitable as a nutrient and health drink by compounding coarse tea with jasmine tea and Glechoma hederaceae. CONSTITUTION:The objective compounded tea can be prepared by compounding and mixing (A) 100 pts. of coarse tea prepared from leaves of Thea sinensis belonging to family Theaceae picked in a season out of the first tea-picking season, (B) 3-30 pts. of jasmine tea and (C) 3-30 pts. of Glechoma hederaceae belonging to family Labiatae. |
