PURPOSE: To obtain a disposal micro fiber filter laminated material especially suitable for the device of a vacuum cleaner to collect dusts and broken pieces by designing the material using a laminated structure of a self-supported nonwoven fabric porous layer with permeability for specific air permeability, and a nonwoven fabric mat layer in which a micro fiber containing a synthetic polymer electret is freely mixed, and the nonwoven fabric mat is adhered to the self-supported nonwoven fabric and expands together with it. CONSTITUTION: A micro fiber filter laminated material 10 with air permeability of 5 to 50m<3> /min/m<2> has a laminated structure consisting of the porous layer of a self-supported nonwoven fabric 12, and a nonwoven fabric mat layer 14 in which a micro fiber containing a synthetic polymer electret is freely mixed, and the nonwoven fabric mat layer is adhered to the self-supported nonwoven fabric 12 and expands with it. Air permeability of the self-supported nonwoven fabric 12 is preferably 300m<3> /min/m<2> , more preferably 400m<3> /min/m<2> . |
