PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which makes a nozzle formation surface less likely to be deteriorated compared to a case where a discharge port formation surface of a discharged part, which discharges droplets from discharge ports, is wiped to remove foreign objects on the nozzle formation surface.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: a container having an opening formed therein and storing a cleaning fluid for cleaning a discharge port formation surface of a discharge part which discharges droplets from discharge ports, the container disposed in a manner such that the discharge port formation surface faces the opening to place the cleaning fluid in contact with the discharge port formation surface; and an ultrasonic vibrator provided at the container and configured to vibrate the cleaning fluid stored in the container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
