PURPOSE:To obtain the phase plate with a release sheet by constituting this phase plate of the layers consisting of the phase plate/tacky resin layer/peelable sheet and forming the peelable sheet of an optically/isotropic sheet so that an optical inspection can be made with peelable sheet. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous high polymer having >=60 deg.C glass transition point, for example, a film formed by orienting polycarbonate, phenoxy resin, etc., is used as an optical phase difference blank film 11. This film is usable alone as the phase plate 1 and is also usable as the laminated film formed by laminating the optically isotropic amorphous film 12 on at least one surface thereof. The layer having tackiness to the phase plate 1, for exampole, polyester or the like is used as the tacky resin layer 2. The single or double layer sheet which has a peelable property to the tacky resin layer 2 and has optical isotropy is used as the peelable sheet 3 of the thermosensitive adhesive resin layer. Such optically isotropic sheet is single or double layered polycarbonate, polyparabaric resin, fumaric resin, etc. The peelable property is imparted thereto by applying and fixing of a silicone peeling agent, etc. |
