PURPOSE:To prevent visual error or an increase in the size of a device by installing a detection device which detects an operation failure of a part supply device, emergency pilot lamps installed to every part supply device or every n sets and a control device which lights up said emergency pilot lamps in order to indicate such part supply device as detected as emergency. CONSTITUTION:An adsorption nozzle 4 which has adsorbed a chip component W by the rotation of a rotary panel 2 is arranged to go through a light emitting device 13 of a part existence detection device 12 and a light receiving device 14. The chip W adsorbed on the adsorption nozzle 4 is recognized by a recognition device 5 to clarify its mount posture. For example, when the chip W stands on the adsorption nozzle 4 and adsorbed in the state of the chip, a signal ''emergency'' is transmitted to a CPU 23. When the same part supply device 3 continuously detects a specified number of times as ''no part'' in the part existence detection device 12, it means that the part runs out in the part supply device 3. The CPU 23 displays it on the screen of a monitor TV 27 and announces it to a worker by means of an alarm device 26. |
