The subject matter of the invention is a particular apparatus for fixing signalling (signing) supports onto a vibrated-concrete safety barrier, the special frame of this support, a complementary base and a container making it possible to store and transport the whole onto site. A particular apparatus according to the invention comprises two longitudinal members (27a - 27b) which are secured to each other while being capable of being moved apart or closer together, and are placed on a plane part of a vibrated-concrete safety barrier and blocked. The apparatus receives a standard temporary signalling support (1 - 11) automatically locked onto the particular apparatus. One application is the construction of temporary signalling supports and containers allowing them to be distributed and placed on a roadway bordered by vibrated-concrete safety barriers.
