The invention refers to a process for the elaboration of 4-aminopiperidines N-monosubstitutes through continuous reaction in a single stage of a 4-oxopiperidine with a primary amine and hydrogen under hydrogenation conditions with solvent or without. The eductors can be driven on top of a carrier catalyst fixedly mounted which advantageously contains one or various metals of the periodical system secondary VIII group.
