FIELD: equipment for preparing concrete mixes and mortars. SUBSTANCE: mixer has base carrying drum with blades and drum rotational drive, which are pivotally mounted on base by means of fastening members. Drum has two truncated cones connected with their large ends and having bottoms formed as spherical segments. Blades are formed as plates mounted on conical parts in parallel with cone generatrices in spaced relation one with respect to another. Inner cone has window with hermetically sealing closure provided with lock. Bottom has outer sleeve. Drive has electric engine and reducer with bracket attached to reducer body. Free end of bracket is mounted on column positioned for rotation relative to base vertical shaft. Bracket has retainer for fixing mixer in predetermined positions.
