FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device is used for determination of characteristics of electrosurgical effect on biological objects. Device has active and passive electrodes, current and voltage pickups, analog-to-digital converter, and computer. In addition, device includes first multiplier for determination of square of voltage, second multiplier for determination of delivered power, low-pass filters, second analog-to-digital converter, microcontroller, and energy-independent storage. Series- connected first multiplier, low-pass filter and analog- to-digital converter are connected to first output of voltage pickup. Second output of voltage pickup and output of current pickup are connected to second multiplier to which second low-pass filter and second analog-to-digital converter are connected. Outputs of analog-to-digital converters are connected to microcontroller input. Computer and energy-independent storage are connected in series to microcontroller output.
