The clock is composed of four independent clockwork units, including a sun clockwork unit with a sun pointer (10) and sun symbol (1) to display the time of day, a moon clockwork unit with pointer (11) and moon symbol (2) to display the tides, a year clockwork unit (12) with pointers (13) to display the solstices and equinoxes, and at least one sidereal month clockwork unit (14) with pointers (15). The clock is composed of four independent clockwork units, including a sun clockwork unit to display the time of day through a sun pointers (10) with a sun symbol (1), circulating in 24 hours, and a moon clockwork unit to display the tides. The moon clockwork unit has a moon pointer (11) with a moon symbol (2), turning around the same axis as the sun pointer, and indicating an average length of a moon day and corresponding moon phases through the relative position of the sun and moon pointer. A year clockwork unit (12) has pointers (13) to display the solstices and equinoxes. At least one sidereal month clockwork unit (14) with pointers (15) is also provided. The sun and moon pointers have a length corresponding to the width degrees between pole and equator. The equator is presented as a fixed horizon between east and west. The year and month pointers have a length corresponding to the tilt of the earth axis. The pointer of the year clockwork unit moves a sun horizon (3), and the pointer of the month clockwork unit moves a moon horizon (4) parallel to the fixed horizon. These horizons serve in combination with sun and moon pointer for the display of sun and moon eclipses, and in combination with sun and moon symbols for the display of rises and falls of the sun and the moon.
