PURPOSE: An air conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to prevent a passenger from the death from suffocation while sleeping in the state the start of a vehicle being turned off. CONSTITUTION: The system is composed of:an oxygen amount sensing unit(200) to sense the amount of oxygen in the vehicle; a microcomputer(100) to compare the sensed oxygen amount with the set up oxygen amount when a signal is input from the oxygen amount sensing unit and to control a blower after judging the reduction rate of the oxygen amount is normal or not; and a blower operating unit(300) operated when the power supply is fed by the microcomputer and to flow air into the vehicle.
