PURPOSE: A key box watching apparatus of unattended guard system is provided to improve preservation of a key box. CONSTITUTION: The key box watching apparatus comprises a close/open detector installed on a key box and for detecting close/open of a key, a constraint open detector for detecting whether a door of the key box is opened by force, a key box detector for outputting an abnormal signal when a round signal is inputted and the constraint open detector detects the door of the key box forcibly opened and for outputting the abnormal signal when the round signal is not inputted and the key box is opened or the constraint open detector detects the door of the key box is forcibly opened.
