PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood cistern with a blood delivery mechanism that does not inhibit the liquid level sensing function of a blood reserving section for blood delivery, even if a suction device is connected to the blood cistern with a blood delivery mechanism. SOLUTION: The blood cistern 1 with a blood delivery mechanism comprises a blood storing section, blood reserving sections 3a and 3b that can reserve a quantity of blood proportional to the quantity in the blood storing section at a time when the quantity of blood stored in the blood storing section is below a prescribed value and can flow blood in the inside by external pressure, a blood delivery driving section that operates to deliver blood in the blood reserving sections 3a and 3b, to which a suction means to suck the interior of the blood storing section can be connected.
