摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold stable state, even if an oscillator is loaded on a circuit board by permitting center axes at the tips of two lead wires to be orthogonal with the center axis of a sealing pipe and positioning the tips of the lead wires to be outer than the outer peripheral side face of the sealing pipe. SOLUTION: A cylindrical metal sealing pipe 22 and lead wires 25 and 26 solder a surface-mounted crystal oscillator on a circuit board 14. The lead wires 25 and 26 are bent so that a center axis connecting tips 25a and 26a of the lead wires is orthogonal to the center axis X of a sealing pipe 22. The tips 25a and 26a of the lead wires are positioned further outside than the extending line of the outer peripheral side of the sealing pipe 22. The weight load of the surface mounted oscillator is distributed to the three places of the tips 26a and 26a of the lead wires and the tip 22a of the sealing pipe, and the lead wire side of the sealing pipe 22 is detached from the circuit board 14. Thus, the surface-mounted crystal oscillator is supported on the circuit board 14 at three points so that is mounted stably.
