PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deflection of a piezoelectric vibrator when it is used for a impact resistance test, to prevent short-circuit due to contact between an excited electrode and a coated film and to prevent occurrence of stop of oscillation by forming an insulation film on the surface of a lid part opposite to the piezoelectric vibrator by a device provided with the lid part to seal a base part in a state in which the piezoelectric vibrator is stored in the base part. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator 30 is provided with the plate-like lid part 33 where the box-like base part 32 to be formed by the spatial part 32a in which the plate-like piezoelectric vibrator 31 is stored and a spatial part 32a are joined to be sealed and with the insulation film 37 to be formed on the side of a joint surface. Relating to the piezoelectric vibrator 31 the excited electrode 31a and a connection electrode 31b are provided on the front and rear surfaces and they are formed of crystal. A connection electrode 31b on the side of one end is connected to and fixed on an electrode 34 to be arranged in the spatial part 32a via a conductive adhesive agent 35 and the side of the other end is a free end. Thus, vibration with specified frequency is enabled by driving frequency to be impressed on the excited electrode 31a via the connection electrode 31b.
