PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of abnormality such as projection of an armature caused by shock of falling down by installing a leaf spring so as to support the armature with the surface of a bending part of the armature and a portion of the surface of the armature separated from the surface of the bending part toward the card fixing surface to the armature. SOLUTION: The surface of a bending part of an armature 5 is pressed against the top edge of an L-shaped yoke 4 with a leaf spring 15, and the armature 5 is supported with the bending part of the armature and a contact portion 16 separated in the fixing direction to a card 8 of the armature 5. When a coil 6 is excited, an iron core 3 attracts the armature 5, and the armature 5 is rotated counterclockwise on the outside edge of the top end of the L-shaped yoke 4. The bending part of the armature 5 is pressed against the outside edge of the top end of the L-shaped yoke 4 with the plate spring 15, and at the same time, spring force is applied to the portion 16 separated from the bending part of the armature 5 to the fixing position of the card 8 against the counterclockwise motion of the armature 5.
