PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece clamping device capable of machining all faces of a workpiece except for the clamp face at a time of clamping operation and is excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a clamping table 51 on which the clamping face of a workpiece W is seated, a collet clamper 54, which is fitted into the location hole 71 formed in the clamp face of the workpiece W with a tip collet section 54a projected above the clamping table 51, a pull rod 55 to expand the collet section 54a retractably arranged in the collet clamper 54, and an actuator 57 to advance and retract the pull rod 55. The workpiece W is positioned in relation to the clamping table 51 with the location hole 71 of the workpiece W fitted to the collet section 54a projected above the clamping table 51 and the collet section 54a expanded by pulling the pull rod 55 in the retraction direction by activating the actuator 57 so as to be closely fitted in the location hole 71. The workpiece W is thus fixed on the clamping table 51.
