PURPOSE: A system for issuing a credit card is provided to simplify credit card issuing processes and enable a user to apply a credit card easily. CONSTITUTION: At least one local terminal(10-1-10-n), a communication network(20) and a server(30) of a credit card company compose the system for issuing the credit card. Here, the communication network(20) is an Internet, exclusive line or PC communication network. The local terminals(10-1-10-n) transmit and receive data to/from the server(30) of the credit card company through the communication network(20). In general, the server(30) of the credit card company is connected to a database(31) for storing necessary information such as personal information of clients. A device(32) for issuing the credit card receives credit card information, and issues the credit card including client information. The credit card issued by the device(32) for issuing the credit card is delivered to the client through a mail. On the other hand, the local terminals(101-10-n) are positioned in at least one areas, for receiving the credit card information from the client, and transmitting the information to the server(30) of the credit card company.
