PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of accurately and rapidly setting the sort of image analysis. SOLUTION: The image processor has a memory 2 for storing image data; a central processor 1 for processing image data; an input device 4 for making instructions; and a display device 5 for displaying the image data. The central processor 1 has a display means 101 for displaying the image data read from the memory; an input means 102 for inputting a region assigned on the displayed image data; and a determining means 103 for determining a feature parameter that features the assigned region.
