PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency switch circuit which prevents oscillation stop and characteristic deterioration caused by the impedance characteristic of switch diodes. SOLUTION: The oscillator circuit part 11 is composed of the first and second inductance line SL2 and SL3 which is connected in series, a capacitor which includes a variable capacitance diode D1 connected in parallel to the second inductance line SL2 and SL3 and a switch diode D2 connected in parallel to the SL3. The switch diode D2 is supplied a frequency switch shift voltage Vs as well as a divided voltage by dividing power supply voltage Vcc.
