PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange material gas of a new pipe by an unmanned or one- manned remote operation. SOLUTION: This device is for fully exchanging gas inside the new pipe 7 continuously extending from an open/close valve connection part A near a feed side (primary side) of the material gas to the other open/close valve connection part B with the same material gas as the primary side. It comprises an air supply part communicating and connecting a material gas feed device 2 with a branch pipe 3 fixed close to the valve connection part A via an automatic switching valve 1 with a pressure switch, an exhaust part communicating with the valve connection part B and connecting with the other automatic open/close valve 4 with a pressure switch, and a signal circuit for connecting both the automatic open/close valves 1, 4 via a control device 6. Opening and closing of the automatic open/close valves 1, 4 are controlled according to the pressure values of the air supply part and the exhaust part.
