PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile or fixed trespass preventive tool for a vehicle, which is used at a parking lot and the like. SOLUTION: The body (1) consists of a restoring material, and the inside of the body (1) is hollow. The bottom (2) constitutes a bottom area on part of which the body (1) is rested, where an inner area of the bottom (2) is cut out for superimposing the body (1) thereon. The body (1) is provided with label columns (3), (6), recessions (4) for facilitating the transport of the trespass preventive tool, holes (5) are made for fixing drain hole and air vent holes (7) and (8) are formed for venting air when a vehicle treads on the body (1). The bottom (2) is provided with a heavy material.
