摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mechanism having simple constitution to perform control of a gear shift by using only a synchromesh mechanism. SOLUTION: The gear shift mechanism comprises first - fifth gear rows GP1-GP5 disposed in parallel between input and output shafts; first - third speed synchromesh mechanisms SM12, SM35, and SM34 to select power transmission by either of the gear rows; and a gear shift actuator 30 to selectively operate the synchromesh mechanisms. The gear shift actuator consists of first - third shift forks 31-33, a shift transmission mechanism 40, and first - third shift actuators 41-43. A shift transmission mechanism 40 comprises a plurality of cylinder member-formed first - third shift drive shaft members 51-53 respectively rotationally situated in a lap state on the same shaft and rotationally driven by the corresponding shift actuator; and first - third coupling members 56-58 to move the corresponding shift fork in an engaging and disengaging direction according to rotation of the shift drive shaft member.
