PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a java applet to which an advertisement display function is added in addition to main contents, and which can securely increase the degree of view of advertisement viewing by a user as much as possible and improve the value of mobile telephone as an advertisement medium. SOLUTION: The java applet executed by the mobile telephone having an Internet connecting function and a function of downloading the java applet from a server on the Internet to a memory and executing it is equipped with a means of realizing main contents of a game, etc., a means of realizing a function of displaying an advertisement based upon advertisement data prestored in the memory by using a startup wait time of the main contents, and a means of realizing a function of accessing the server through the Internet during the advertisement display and obtaining new advertisement data from the server and storing it into the memory. Preferably, the applet is equipped with a means of realizing a function of counting view frequency information on the advertisement data and sending the view frequency information to the server when the server is connected.
