PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic circuit in which a high-speed operation is realized without being affected by charge re-distribution and noise resistance is improved. SOLUTION: A transistor 100 for precharge and a transistor 104 for keeper are supplied with a second power supply voltage VDDH higher than a first power supply voltage VDD to be supplied to an inverter 105 for output. Besides, a threshold voltage of a transistor 103 for discharge and a plurality of transistors 101 and 102 for evaluation are set higher than an absolute value of the threshold voltage of the transistor 100 for precharge and the transistor 104 for keeper.
