FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method deals with cutaneous paracentesis, suturing of failed perforated vein at the border of altered and healthy ones. Thrombovar should be introduced into distal part of extended vein. After vein's electrocoagulation it should be tightened and crossed. Then one should introduce phleboextractor into subcutaneous fiber along the vein through cutaneous paracentesis. Veins of 12-15 mm diameter should be removed due to abrasion from internal skin surface. At first, abrasion of the main stem should be carried out followed by its branches. ^ EFFECT: increased cosmetic effect of therapy. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
