PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit the information of a narrow and risk-involved job site to a remote place, and to transfer information related with constructions between an operator at the job site and an instructor in the remote place. SOLUTION: A CCD camera 143 set at the top end of a retrieval unit 14 photographs a retrieval object illuminated by an illumination lamp 145, and generates an image signal, and a headset 12 collects a voice issued by an operator, and generates a voice signal. A transmitting device 10 multiplexes the image signal and the voice signal, and transmits a multiplexed signal to a transmitting device 20. Then, the transmitting device 20 receives a multiplexed signal transmitted from the transmitting device 10, and a monitor device 23 displays the image, and the headset 22 outputs a voice. Then, the headset 22 collects a voice issued by the instructor, and generates a voice signal, and the transmitting device 20 transmits the voice signal to the destination of the transmitting device 10.
