The top side (5) of the capsule (4) has a raised edge (6) around its periphery and contains large pre-formed perforations which are covered by a removable cloth. A cylindrical channel protrudes inwards from the bottom side (10) of the capsule and is connected to a raised central part (7) of the top side containing concentric perforations (8) and a larger central opening (9), the latter being in communication with the channel. A pouring head (3) can be connected to the top side of the capsule.
