FIELD: gas electrochemistry; chemical and mechanical engineering, metallurgy, medicine, and agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed ozonizer has reactor, oxygen mixture supply pipe in the form of supersonic Laval nozzle, outlet pipe in the form of Venturi tube, and additional molecular oxygen supply pipe. Reactor is made in the form of crystal or ceramic tube coaxially disposed inside external high-voltage helical electrode. Molecular oxygen supply pipe is disposed so that molecular oxygen jet can reach peripheral area of dissociation region. Ejection coefficient amounts here to 0.035 - 0.045. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, reduced cost and power requirement of ozonizer, reduced cost and enhanced output of ozone. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg
