PURPOSE:To remarkably increase the rigidity in case of the same weight, comparing with that which has used a conventional Al foil or Ti foil, by using lithium nitride for a skin material of a vibration diaphragm having a honey-comb structure. CONSTITUTION:In case of an Al foil having 10mu thickness, which is widely used up to this time, when forming a skin material having the same weight and also the same area as those of an Al foil, the thickness can be regulated to 5.9mu and 17.9mu in case of Ti and lithium nitride, respectively. Also, its rigidity is remarkably increased. Moreover, on the contrary, since the same rigidity as that of an Al foil having 10mu thickness can be obtained when thickness of a lithium nitride foil is regulated to 12.0mu thickness, it is possible to reduce the weight of a skin material by 30% or so. |
