PURPOSE:To control a weighing position constantly and to decrease the displosion of products without prolonging a weighing time, by making the weighing stop position of an injection molding machine coincident to a weighing position set value. CONSTITUTION:Accompanied with the rotation of a screw 2, a molten resin 10 of the tip of a cylinder 1 is increased, the retrogressing position of the screw 2 is detected at a rack 6, a pinion 7 and a potentiometer 11, and a detection signal Ep is introduced to a weighing controller 14. Further, an input signal of a comparison detecting circuit 18 is a difference between an output signal of a position setter 15 and the signal Ep. When the difference is zero, the circuit 18 generates a stop signal, as a result, the rotation of a hydraulic motor 3 is stopped and the weighing is stopped. In this case, to an accumulation stoping circuit 21, the difference between the signal of the setter 15 and the signal Ep is inputted. The set signal and a value multiplied the output of the circuit 21, by a control coefficient are added at 16 to correct the weighing set value. |
