PURPOSE:To decide the end of an initial parameter setting processing by a microcomputer, and to eliminate the need to execute a confirming work of a mask time by masking an interruption permitting signal to a microcomputer, when a mask start signal has been outputted from an output terminal, and releasing a mask operation of the interruption permitting signal, when a mask release signal has been outputted. CONSTITUTION:When a reset signal from an auto resetting circuit 12 is eliminated, a microcomputer 11 is started and an initial parameter setting processing is started, and when it is ended, an output L of a P terminal, namely, a mask release signal is generated and a main routine is executed. When the mask release signal is outputted and inputted to a D-F.F circuit 13, and in this state, the first reference angle signal is inputted to a CLK terminal of the D-F.F circuit 13, an output of a Q terminal becomes reverse (H) to an input state of a D terminal, and thereafter, an output of H is generated continuously. Accordingly, whenever the reference angle signal (H) is inputted to a NAND circuit 14, its output is inputted to the inverse of NMI terminal of the microcomputer 11 as an L level, namely, an NMI signal, a mask operation is released and an ignition time control can be executed.
