PURPOSE:To prevent internal corrosion in a valve body from occurring, by filling up nonpermeable, porous resin in an inner surface of the valve body. CONSTITUTION:Nonpermeable, porous resin 6 is injected in an inner space of a valve body 3 through a through hole 7 for breathing at the time of welding, formed in a bottom plate of a boss part 3a at time before assembling valve stems 4 and 4. This porous resin 6 is elastically stuck fast to an inner surface of the valve body 3 at time of foam hardening. With this constitution, every if sealing capacity is deterioration by O-rings 11 and 11 and thereby seawater or the like is penetrated inside, it can be prevented from entering the inside of the valve body 3 owing to this porous resin 6, thus internal corrosion of the valve body 3 is preventable.
