PURPOSE:To realize the trimming causing no burrs on a cutting end face by providing the cutting blade capable of performing shearing from two directions of the outside and inside of a peripheral wall in the case of executing trimming on the peripheral wall of a cylindrical press work. CONSTITUTION:The inner side cams 8, 8... and outer side cams 10, 10... which are movable by providing cutting blades 9 and 1 are arranged on the upper face of a lower die 1. When an upper die 2 is descended by fitting a work 5 to a die 3, a driver cam 25 advances the cams 10, 10 in centripetal direction via cam face 25a and 10a to subject the lower end part of the work peripheral wall 5b to half blanking from the outside. With further descent of the upper die 2 the cams 10, 10... retreat in the centrifugal direction with the abutment of the 2nd cam face 25b and cam face 10a of a cam 25. A driver cam 26 simultaneously advances the cams 8, 8... in the centrifugal direction via a cam face 26a and 8a to subject the lower end part of the work peripheral wall 5b to half blanking from the inner side. The trimming causing no burrs can thus be effected.
