PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of privacy information when an electronic notebook is lost by clearing memory storage information of a function of the electronic notebook and a function of a paging receiver in the case of missing processing call. CONSTITUTION:When a radio call is received, a reception processing is executed by a communication control circuit 36 and a control circuit 24. In the case of normal paging reception, a call number corresponding to an ID code stored in an ID-ROMI is used and if an electronic notebook is missing, a call number corresponding to the ID code stored in an ID-ROMII is used. A radio call signal is received in a paging receiver section and when the ID code is coincident with the ID code stored in an ID-ROMII 48, the control circuit 24 executes the missing processing and the storage content of a message memory and a data memory is all cleared. Thus, even when the electronic notebook is picked out by a 3rd person, the leakage of the secret item is surely prevented. |
